2) Earn enough money to get into one of the "first world" countries with progressive politics towards immigration and transgenders. Claim shelter as a member of a persecuted group in your homeland. Let the British or Norwegian immigration authorities dare to deny asylum to a transgender person from Eastern Europe. You don't even need to leech on social benefits for migrants - you'll find a lot of career opportunities as a transgender in these countries, entertainment and public sector especially.
