Looking for budget friendly bike.

Mostly says in the title. I'm currently in the market for a budget friendly ebike that'll last. I currently work overnights and I need something that can get me too and from so I can save money on Ubers. The route consists of a lot of ups and downs. I weigh 320lb + 5lb of cargo roughly. I am 5'11".
Currently I am looking into Kingbull ranger as my budget can't stretch past 1.1k. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Got the Actbest Ranger and it's been solid. I'm about 235 on a good day. I put Flat out in the tires.

325 lbs? Ummm think you may need something out of your budget like an emmo zone 2.. electric motorcycle and that may not even be efficient at 325lbs... just sayin

Can you adjust the seat height on the Ranger? I don't think you can. I'd test ride before purchasing for fit alone.
They do look cool though.

Take a look at the Puckipuppy Beagle or Qronge Thunder. They're both in your budget, have racks to hold your stuff and you'll likely be able to pedal them better than the moped-style Ranger.
