do I still need amd drivers for cpu if I have a nvidia gpu?

Google says I still need chipset drivers. I got 5600G+5060 setup. Should I download 5600G drivers?(I removed it through DDU, and my games keeps stuttering)

Yes, you still need the chipset drivers. What you don't need is the GPU drivers. Is the monitor connected to the GPU?
As a side note, 5060 might not run very well with a 5600G setup because it's running on PCIE 3.0 x8, especially when its VRAM is stretched to the limit.

yeah its conected to the gpu. I know it is definitely a bottleneck, but most of the people with same setup doesnt feel this much stutter, tried everything but it doesnt work.the game stutters for the first 10minutes, then no stutters at all. What should I do for that first 10 min stutters....

If this is the same for all games, then I can only guess something is wrong with Windows setup. If it's a pre-built, trying fresh install might be helpful.
Did you check the temp and load % for CPU/GPU while stuttering is happening? How much RAM do you have? If you have more than 2 RAM slots, are they installed in correct slots properly?
If it's only for a specific game, maybe that game has an issue with your setup.

maybe I should give try a fresh windows. I checked the load %, CPU load was fine, Ram is 16gb, and it was also going fine, only issue was the gpu, usage % and power usage suddenly drops almost to the ground and gets up again. Rams are set in the correct slots.
These issues happen specifically with the rpg games with high visuals (wukong, wwm, etc).
nvidiot@reddit
VRAM usage was kept well below 8 GB, right?
LineMiserable6130@reddit (OP)
yeah, to be specific, around 5.5gb
nvidiot@reddit
Yeah there is no real reason for GPU to work badly.
Might want to change your PCIE 16x slot to be run at fixed 4.0 or 3.0 in BIOS, instead of Auto. This might help.

You do need chipset drivers for your motherboard in order to properly work.
5600G is your CPU which doesn't need any driver, except if you want to use the iGPU then you need AMD GPU driver.
If your games stutter, maybe connect your monitor to the GPU not the motherboard

Cmon man, it's connected to the gpu port. But the game stutters for the first 10minutes, then no stutters at all. What should I do for that first 10 min stutters....

Sorry Bro, you didn't tell before and I just couldn't find my magic crystal ball -.-
You did install the latest AMD chipset driver for your motherboard? Like B550 or B450 or whatever it is?
LineMiserable6130@reddit (OP)
I did, then when I got my 5060, I used DDU to remove amd drivers, then installed nvidia drivers only.(mobo is running on the latest bios)

Try Passmark PerformanceTest and run a benchmark. If you share your results (aka baseline), like so, we can probably see where your PC sux and why it stutters.

PassMark Rating: 6072.3 — 66th Percentile
This is a COMPLETE result with ALL tests executed.
jhenryscott@reddit
Bro what? Your chipset drivers have NOTHING to do with your gpu. Also if it’s stuttering turn down settings
LineMiserable6130@reddit (OP)
idk why, but that stuttering is always the same. even for the low settings to the max.
Naerven@reddit
What games specifically. Some of them build the shader cache on the fly which would then cause a game to stutter until that is done. The slower the CPU the longer it takes.
