I'm willing to build a new PC

I'm willing to build a new gaming PC but I am afraid to compatibility, bottleneck, damaging component, swap cables and afraid to short circuit a component.
I had built a PC but now I discovered that a CPU pin has been bent and I didn't noticed that in the first place, and I have this fear.
For now I don't have a budget ready but roughly less than 1k (maybe more less than that).
I want to play Outlast Trails (because now I'm playing only that) at least at 60 fps on 1920x1080 (I don't care 4k) at least medium graphic. I want to delete the GFN subscription.
Sorry in advance if there is some grammar mistake, but I'm Italian and I'm dyxlesic too.

Might as well just buy a used gaming pc with that budget. And you won't have to worry about assembly at that point.
