Massive FPS Drop with Dual Monitors

I recently built my own PC.
When I use a dual monitor setup, my FPS drops significantly compared to using a single monitor.
For example, in League of Legends, I can maintain around 240 FPS on a single monitor (I’ve capped it at 240).
But when I switch to dual monitors, it drops to around 100 FPS, and during team fights it goes even lower.
On the second monitor, I usually have Wallpaper Engine, Discord, and sometimes Google Chrome playing music.
I’ve tried many fixes, but nothing worked so far, such as disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome and turning off GPU acceleration in Discord.
Here are my specs:
CPU: R7 5800X
MB: Asus Prime B550M-K/CSM
RAM: Kingston Fury DDR4-3200 8GB ×2
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Eagle OC 12GB
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-650W
Monitor 1: Acer XV271U M3 (2K / 180Hz)
Monitor 2: Asus VG257Q5A (FHD / 200Hz)
Both monitors are currently set to 165Hz.

Wallpaper engine could tax your gpu performance

My GPU usage is usually quite low, but Wallpaper Engine can sometimes use over 20% of my CPU. Could that be the cause?

Try playing the game in borderless window mode instead of fullscreen if you havnt done so yet.
Check the cpu and gpu temps to make sure there they aren't thermal throtting.
Otherwise the only other things I can think of is that maybe the gpu can't pull enough power. Its a long shot but if you have the gpu powered by a single cable try using two completly separate cables to power it.

I’m already playing in borderless window mode, so I don’t think that’s the issue.
As for temps, my case airflow isn’t the best so they run a bit high, but everything is still within normal ranges and not throttling.
Also, I was a bit concerned about power draw exceeding my PSU, so I undervolted the GPU to 0.9V.
For power connections, I don’t think that’s the problem either. I’m using two separate 6-pin cables along with the original 2x6-pin to 8-pin adapter that came with the GPU.
