Rate my build after a weekend of trying to understand PC building

Hi, after getting some help, scrolling through many posts and reading a lot about PC building in the last 2 days (with no prior knowledge to be fair), I reached this build for a budget of up to 2500 euros.

I am still not sure about which RAM to choose, do you think I should value the lower CL more (30>36) or the Speed (6200/6400>6000)? And do any brands have a particularly good or bad reputation regarding RAM?
Also it would help a lot if you used any of these parts before and could tell me if I am making a mistake or not. Also any pointers on which Case, Power Supply or Cooler to use would be great since I did not do a lot of research on those parts. Thank you so much!

Here is an option

AM5 really doesn't like RAM clocked >6000MHz. CL36 is fine, especially with an X3D GPU so I wouldn't worry too much about paying more for CL30

What do you mean by "really doesn't like", as someone who just got into the hardware stuff I am not sure what that could look like, thank you for the comment though!

Crashes and freezing/stuttering, unless you are lucky with the silicon lottery on your CPU+motherboard. You can manually tweak them to get them to work most of the time, but it really isn't worth it. Just get a 6000MHz kit. Lower latency is better, but don't pay a premium.
Also worth stating that none of the RAM brands actually make the RAM. They only test and distribute it, so don't get too hung up on that either.

Thats very very helpful, thank you so much

Your chosen motherboard is overpriced. I suggest getting either the Gigabyte B850 Eagle WIFI6E or the ASUS TUF GAMING B850-E WIFI instead.

Thanks, I read that the 9800x3d in very few cases has issues with ASUS motherboards so I will look out for alternatives, thank you for your suggestions!

You're welcome.

i think its a well rounded list
for RAM in case of amd the sweet spot is 6000 cl30 or 6400 cl32 but if it save a buck for you going with 6000 cl36 is fine not gonna notice much performance difference
for PSU i would probably choose montech century II gold 3.1 ATX i am not sure about your country but for me it's cheaper and has better rating in SPL's PSU tier list
Otherwise i think everything is good

Thanks thats very helpful 😄
The PSU makes 5 euro price difference for me but I am glad to trust the ratings, I will take that, thank you so much!
