This is wrong on both accounts.
One, ağırlaştırılmış müebbet does have possibility of parole and it's 30 years.
Two, prison sentences in Turkey can be literally thousands of years long, in order to remove the possibility of parole.

It's unlimited in Turkey and not uncommon at all to see literally thousands of years in prison sentences.
For example the Turkish version of Epstein (Adnan Oktar) got a 8658 years sentence.
Current mayor and the guy who everybody sees as the next President of Turkey, Ekrem Imamoglu is being trialled for corruption where the prosecution is asking for 2352 years.
This is because life sentences in Turkey are never served the full term, people get out with parole. Life sentences are usually served 24 years, 30 years if it's aggravated life sentence. 36 years maximum if there are multiple life sentences.
This is why in some cases, prosecutors ask for these ridiculously long prison sentences. Mainly to make sure there will be no possibility of parole and secondly as a psychological element if the prosecution wants to send a message to the public.

In Greece technically it is life in imprison with the possibility of parole and you can absolutely in any case apply for parole after 25 years of in imprisonment.
If we are talking about the maximum sentence for one crime then the rule is life imprisonment with at least 16 years served (it doesn't mean you will get released at 16, they will judge how you behave etc) and the exception for some heavier crimes like murder , robbery that resulted in death , sa of a minor etc it's at least 18 years served with the same conditions as above.

Then x2 Life Imprisonment is 16 + 2.
In a prison farm it can be as low as 5 years.
Special cases: The minimum of 16 can be reduced some years with specific appeals. The highest technically is 25. And the longest anyone has been imprisoned in Greece is 31 years.
It might not make sense to anyone who is familiar with the US system because there is no convergence, basically many US concepts to do not apply at all here. And we also change the numbers a lot.

In extremly rare cases we have life imprisoment but after 20 years there are eligible for parole or open imprisoment.
Honestly it should remain life in prison. We had a case where one guy killed 3 persons, got out after 20 years and burned down a house and killed a women after a few months of freedom.
And also we had a serial killer that was targeting and old people who lived alone and they release him early. Even the prosecutors tried to argue against it but judges where noooo this is fine.
