You have an IV drip hooked up to a reservoir, which is connected to 5 pouches via valves. A set of levers is present on the machine which can turn certain valves on and off. In each pouch, you have a different substance. You have cocaine (meant to keep the patient awake,) followed by LSD and Salvia, meant to induce ego death and nightmarish dream states. The fourth is Benadryl, meant to induce paranoia and nightmares. Finally, you have meth, which will give the patient a boner, but because they're in a state of being scared and also tripping absolute balls, they will hallucinate that their penis is attacking them and punch it.
