Help! Is this part list good for RTX5090?

Hi Everyone. I’m building my first gaming/work PC, moving from laptop.
I’m in Indonesia. My Budget is around S$10.000 = Rp 136.000.000
These are the recommended parts from the store:
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K — Rp10.679.000
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z890 Carbon WiFi — Rp9.209.000
GPU: ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5090 — Rp68.000.000
RAM: Predator Pallas II 64GB (6000 CL32) — Rp15.309.000
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 2TB — Rp8.649.000
PSU: ASUS ROG Strix 1200W — Rp4.519.000
Case: ASUS ROG Hyperion — Rp7.039.000
Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 — Rp1.649.000
Monitor: ASUS ROG 27” OLED — Rp10.549.000
I need recommendations to cut unnecessary budget but still high quality build.

Is there a reason for the 285K instead of the 270K Plus? iirc there's very few scenarios where the 270K+ gets beaten, and even then its by the slimmest of margins.
That case is also enormous and without great airflow either. Unless you really like the look of it, I'd pick something else.

It's hard to make exact recommendations, but there's a LOT of parts here that look like they were chosen based on "more expensive = better". So if you're trying to cutout unnecessary expense, that should be incredibly easy.
What does that board do for you that the Z890 Tomahawk Wifi does not?
Surely you can find a way to make a cheaper selection. You will not notice a difference in performance.
Why people continue to buy this drive, I will never understand. The Crucial P510 or T710 are likely cheaper and should outperform the 990 Pro.
What does this do for you that something cheaper like the be quiet! Pure Power 13 M will not?

Sadly the Astral RTX 5090 is the only one they got here. They are selling aorus, suprim with identical price. For pallit its just around S$ 100 cheaper.
And yes i’m thinking about the tomahawk. Should get this one instead?
And maybe if you have recommendations for the case, i much prefer mid tower with less headache adding extra cooling. The Hyperion seems to large for my desk. What about montech pro 95?
