body shop and PPF recos?

Exactly 3 weeks ago, I picked up a new 2026 Camry Hybrid. I’ve been "park at the back of the lot" guy ever since, but just driving around Plano has been a nightmare. **Current Damage Tally After 3 Weeks:** * **Bumper:** One nasty scratch. * **Hood:** One deep scratch that looks like stretch marks and a separate paint chip. * **Windshield:** Two pin-hole-sized chips. My Type A OCD is officially hitting a breaking point. I realized no car stays perfect forever, but I didn't think I’d be looking at repairs and protective film 21 days into ownership! Can anyone recommend a local body shop in or near Plano (75075 area) that can affordably fix these issues and then apply a real PPF on top?

Are those damage caused by simply "parking" somewhere? I am not too familiar with the shops in your zip code area, but I heard a lot of great things about Magic Touch in Lewisville. Good luck.

all but the windshield chip which i saw happen in real life coming back from the Rangers game last week. otherwise im perplexed. i park in the garage at my office, and havent been to that many shopping centers besides my gym since i got the car.

Honestly It sucks because when I bought my new vehicle, with less than 3 months in I got side-swiped by someone, luckily it was just a very light scratch without any damage to the panels. My sincere recommendation is to price out how much it would cost in total with everything you want to have, and decide from there to see whether it is worth it for you.

I see. Again, to answer your original question, I am not too familiar with the shops on that side of town, but Magic Touch in Lewisville is pretty legit.

1st Call Auto appearance. They did PPF on my SUV and i am very happy with it. They also can do repairs.
