Help for a monitor, 144hz is enough, quality n colors first

If colors and overall image quality matter more to you than super high refresh rates, 144Hz is already a really nice sweet spot. I’d look more toward good IPS panels from brands like BenQ, LG, or Dell rather than chasing the cheapest gaming monitors. A well-tuned IPS at 144Hz usually feels much better long term for mixed use, movies, and everyday gaming.

I use BenQ Monitor. 27inch 2K with 180hz and amazing display quality and colour upgrade from my previous. Hope its helpful
