In Korea, the combo of mustard, ketchup, and diced onions is known as “costco kimchi”. Before the onion machines were taken out you’d see people put their costco kimchi in ziplocs and tupperware. It’s still popular at costco here but now people are (thankfully) limited to 1 tiny cup of onions per person.
