Nooo no he's just gathering bottles for recycling, you can deff park there, but your car will end up on the tree next to the spot if you do so 😂

Yes. Problem here as well. Old vw bowls, old chairs, bricks, concrete blocks, buckets and jugs do no work, so people fixed some steel poles with a pivot. They lock them upwards when leaving.
