What to do...

So, I drive truck locally delivering goods to gas stations across MN. I work 4, 12-13 hour days, have 3 day weekends and pretty great benefits. I make $27/hr plus $.20 for every 100lbs I unload. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place...
What was supposed to be a single driver job has been a 2 man job meaning I have a co-driver with me 3/4 days. This job is hard, physically. Lots of heavy lifting and twisting. I work hard to get done by a decent time. I understand this is a 2 man job. My co-driver doesnt drive, and thats by design. When training with him, he drove. I feared for my life as he was speeding 10 miles over the speed limit all the time, tailgates everyone and took off from stop by flooring it causing pallets to tip over. So I drive all the time. Hes also a heavy smoker. He doesnt smoke in the truck, but has 2-3 cigarettes each stop. Hes very overweight and has severe B.O. H visits the bathroom and is in there for 10-20 minutes, usually more than once at each stop. So while im working to unload our stuff, he takes at least 10 minutes worth of a break at each stop. He also treats customers poorly by not putting stuff where they want, not taking empty totes and appearing unprofessional as he wears his pants low enough to see more than anyone should. The truck we drive was new in October, and it smells like him. He eats th8ngs like gas station sushi at 5 in the morning, or has hot wings that early. Add that to the 7-9 monster energy drinks, full bags of potato chips and big boxes of candy, hes a breath away from death. Thats problem one. Second is my companies safety practices. Theyre supposed to build the pallets heaviest on the bottom to light on top. Instead I end up with 30-60lb totes or other items, 2-3 feet above my head. The pallets are supposed to be built from stop 1-10, in ascending order. They build them backwards, putting the items we need to deliver impossible to get to easily. They'll put an item for stop 20, on the bottom in the middle of the pallets, surrounded by items for stops 13456789. They'll put a small box of chips on the bottom, with big heavy items such as boxes of 6, gallon jugs of water, cases of qater/tea, totes, salt on top.
So its a lot of fun. The concerns about the co-driver has been reported by not only myself, but our direct supervisor, customers and managers themselves. I requested a $5 raise as i believe im doing at least 30% more. I was denied and told i merit a raise, it'll be granted in September. I might get on the high end $.88 cents! I was told that my safety concerns was all they were and nothing can be done. Today I was advised they wont get rid of or put my co-driver on his own routes.
Not sure what to do. I love my schedule and can bear the work. But this guy...is just disgusting!
What do I do?
