Hi all,
Quick question for pilots and aircraft owners in BC.
If a new 10-unit GA hangar was built at Alberni Valley Regional Airport, what would you realistically expect to pay for a private hangar?
Just trying to understand current market expectations for new build hangar space on Vancouver Island or similar regional airports.
Any insight from recent rentals or purchases would be appreciated.
