Hi! Just moved to London from a rather tropical city and looking to continue dinghy sailing. I'm a bit confused about the clothing - what do I need for summer/ autumn sailing? 2mms or 3mms Long Johns or full wetsuit? footwear Xmm or any would do? wetsuit jacket or Spray jacket etc. can anyone give me any info, please? Thank you!

Have a good look at the Rooster website, they have a good range of options.
Personally I sail in a Gill Skiff Suit at the moment, with a Rooster spray top and Rooster hiking boots. I sail further north, so a bit colder where I am.

If you're from a tropical city the number one weird thing about London is the same 20 degrees is either freezing or boiling depending on whether the sun is out.

During everything except summer you'll need 4mm at least I think. Long john + top or full depends on your preference. Wet top is great also when there is lots of wind. Thermal top under layer are also a good choice for bad weather. Roosterhas great gear, expensive but great

Been a long time since I dinghy sailed, but I think most people wear hikers/long Johns with a rash vest/thermal vest/spray top depending on the conditions
