Russia isn't either; I visited a couple times during the war, for a total for ~3 months, was always to the south west, not super far from Crimea. It didn't feel like a warzone, it felt safer and more modern than Germany lol

Now, those cities are getting missile'd, so it's not as nice, and it's not very nice to know that my tax money pays for the missiles hitting the city my parents in law live in. But saying Russia is an active war zone is a huge stretch.

This isnt anything new. My dad was in Russia in the late 90's and he said the Russians he met would have a bottom of voka with each meal, and then two before they turned in for the night.

And the vodka was strong enough to strip paint.
