“And if whatever you’re shooting doesn’t die after you pump eight 32 caliber slugs into it, it’s probably a dragon.” - Sterling Archer

Bersa Thunder 32 arrived today. Added the green rubber grips. Can’t wait to take it to the range and officially join r/TheOneTrueCaliber cult!
javbike@reddit
I trust my life to my bersa 380 great underrated gun always goes bang no jams
Unicorn187@reddit
While true, I want them to stop their attack now. I'm not worried if they die in the hospital in 2 hours.
So I carry 14 rounds of .45, or 18 of 9mm. Or 8 of 9mm when worried about deeper concealment.
NeedzCoffee@reddit
I don't know wtf sterling archer is but the dumb sob should educate itself
pinesolthrowaway@reddit
I think the world’s greatest secret agent probably knows what he’s talking about
NeedzCoffee@reddit
defending a cartoon.... no, you do not

Lmao dude nuked his whole account, guess he was just too grumpy for the internet

antariusz@reddit
I mean, isn’t 380 already light enough of a recoil?
Early-Drawer-5268@reddit
Straight blowback actually produces fairly stiff recoil out of a .380.
firearmresearch00@reddit
My bersa 380 is smoother than my equivalent size tilting barrel 9mm. It really depends on the gun. Some blowback 380s are quite terrible
antariusz@reddit
Similarly for my m&p ez 380, the thing kicks like .22
Ok_Muffin_925@reddit
Bersa, when you want to have a gun but you are kinda scared of having a gun.
firearmresearch00@reddit
Their one major downside imo is the 80 different safeties on it. Like come on man I don't need all that
Putrid-Tutor-5809@reddit
So what field-disassembly technique does it follow? Doesn’t look like walther, so VZ-50/70 or Sig p230/p232?
firearmresearch00@reddit
Almost identical to a ppk or makarov but theres a captive takedown lever instead of pulling down on the trigger guard
edventure_2025@reddit
It has a lever you pull down and yank the slide back past the hammer. Lift the back of the slide up and push forward to remove.
firearmresearch00@reddit
Oh neat.i didn't even know they made a 32. I have a 380 and 22 model and they're very nice
sparkysparkyboom@reddit
Babou, he remembers me!
ssatyr01@reddit
I can say 18 shots with my recent acquisition of an Arex S French police surplus I saw on GB...had to!
kwb166@reddit
"I swear to God. If you ever shoot me with a .32...and I find out about it...I'm gonna kick your a$$." - probably someone at some point.
archer2500@reddit
.327 Mag is technically a .32 ;-)
ssatyr01@reddit
30 Super Carry as well?
archer2500@reddit
The parent cartridge there IS the .327 Mag cartridge! ;-)
Additional_Dish_694@reddit
That’s our quote at r/25ACP don’t take the only thing we have
Highlander_16@reddit
I am sad and disappointed that isn't a real sub yet
Devious_Bastard@reddit (OP)
There is r/mouseguns
theh0veringeye@reddit
The green rubber grips are the perfect touch im a sucker for green guns (Steyr Aug , L85a1 , sig556, hk XM8 or the two tone glock )

Archer is top 3 adult swim shows
headcase617@reddit
And it isn't 2
Stuuble@reddit
Idk man, venture bros is arguably 1
High_Af_Osrs@reddit
headcase617@reddit
Funny I mistyped it, I meant to say it isn't 3.
Infinite-Space-2395@reddit
Are we only counting originals or the entire line up? Originals you are right. Entire line up then the goat is trigun.
Stuuble@reddit
When I watched them it was all out so I suppose the entire line up
Infinite-Space-2395@reddit
Id say trigun was the goat then. Man nothing beat stuffing a towel in my door and watching trigun at low volume at 11pm when I was supposed to be sleeping haha
ixipaulixi@reddit
I recently did a full watch of Trigun and Cowboy Bebop with my teen daughter.
When I was younger I loved Trigun and I liked Cowboy Bebop.
As an adult, it's the opposite, I loved Cowboy Bebop and liked Trigun.
Trigun feels dated and has pacing issues.
Cowboy Bebop is a masterpiece.
Stuuble@reddit
I ain’t gonna lie, havent seen trigun and probably won’t, gunslinger that doesn’t like guns kinda annoys me
Infinite-Space-2395@reddit
How interesting. Vash was my inspiration to get into guns. He sees them as what they are. A tool for protection but ultimately harm. He tried his hardest to always end a conflict without violence but when violence was necessary he never she's away. He only avoids killing because he believes that judgement is not up to him.
For me Vash embodied the spirit of firearm responsibility.
Stuuble@reddit
I understand that, it’s just one of those things I’ve noticed in media that frustrates me, this demonization of firearms and what not, objectively I respect trigun as art
RamGTLosAngeles@reddit
Thats what she said 😩
Salsalito_Turkey@reddit
I thought it was an FX show?
Stuuble@reddit
You might be right, at least originally cause I’ve definitely watched a few episodes on adult swim
LabronPaul@reddit
Frisky dingo was similar made by the same creators as archer and an adult swim original.
Stuuble@reddit
wtf I have never heard of frisky dingo, I just looked it up and it for sure is the same style but super weird lookin
TJhambone09@reddit
Frisky Dingo is the bridge between Sealab 2021 and Archer. Watching his style evolve from "Intern at Adult Swim" to "Established old guard" is quite the ride.
LabronPaul@reddit
I think that Canada is the only place Archer aired on Adult Swim ever. btw you'd probably like Frisky Dingo if you liked archer.
Stuuble@reddit
Now I’m confused cause I’ve never been to Canada and ik for a fact I’ve seen archer on AS, also il check out frisky dingo
thisisausername5002@reddit
I like how this quote implies that there is a non-zero chance that 50 Cent is a dragon
Rdmtbiker@reddit
.45. When you don’t want to shoot 8 rounds.
johnlarthur@reddit
Glock 30 13+1 and a Bond Arms 45ACP derringer are my summer carries.
ammonthenephite@reddit
Most everything will die if shot, it's just a question of if it'll be quick enough or not.
Devious_Bastard@reddit (OP)
Yeah my 1911 jams with the 8 round magazines too. 7 rounders don’t have an issue.
NeedzCoffee@reddit
Protp: don't buy crap guns 'n mags
Guano-@reddit
I was dealing with family things and now I'm bummed I can't find one. I'm doing my part by emailing Bersa, hopefully enough interested in them will change their mind about production.
saladmunch2@reddit
You cant find a bersa thunder??
Devious_Bastard@reddit (OP)
The Thunder 32 is just a limited run in the US because of a production over-run.
saladmunch2@reddit
Ahhh that makes sense. Now that I think about i was thinking the bersa .380
Guano-@reddit
Go ahead, link me one.
