Is this a good build for 1080p low graphics gaming? (cs2/valorant etc.)

As the title says, I'm mainly looking to build a pc for competitive 1080p gaming with lowest graphics trying to achieve as much FPS as possible.
This is the build ive decided to go with https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/P37Yg3
Any input is appreciated.

I play a lot of CS2, and built my new PC around it.
9850x3d & 9060xt 16gb - 800fps avg, 310fps 1% lows
MSAA x4 and AA x16, low everything, high models, 1280x960
I will say, timings on RAM are very flexible with an x3d cpu. Gamer Nexus' 9850 review is worth watching. With a 5400mts kit, it was only losing 1-3% performance from their 6000mts/cl30 kit. Could possibly save money by getting a 6000mts/cl38 or something.

Also out of curiosity, have you done any tweaks/optimizations to achieve the 800fps avg?

I set GPU to performance.
I will undervolt soon, just built it a little bit ago and still testing stock settings before I tweak. (Was going to do it last weekend but was lazy tbh)

Good to know, thanks!

my friend plays only Valorant and CS2,
9800X3D with a 1660ti + 1080p screen with 500+hz refresh rate

look at this video. TenZ switched from a 1080ti to a 3090ti and got only 5%(around 10 fps) on Valorant.

Yeah, that's what i was thinking honestly.

Id go with something like this. Better Gpu and its only 30 dollars more expensive.

Hey, thanks but would it really be worth it considering i only play cpu bound games on low graphics such as CS2? I assumed the 9060xt 16 gb would do the job.

I mean yeah cause you could use the same argument for why you even need a 9800x3d in the first place. The 9070xt is whats going to give you more frames,a 9800x3d with a 9060xt isnt.

Yeah this is a decent build but u could get a much better build for the same amount like this
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/bwLrrG
7800x3d is essentially the same thing as a 98000x3d just a little cooler, and with this build u get a better motherboard, a cheaper but just as capable SSD, a case with more fansincluded (dont have to plug in the RGB) and a much better GPU.
Now it wont make too much difference if u have anything less than say 240hz monitor but for the same price u can get a much better PC

Thanks!
