Erdoğan uses an idiom in this tweet,but persian-origin word “cirmi” in the idiom means “size/mass.” he used this word incorrectly and because he combined it with turkish plural suffix “-niz,” translation interpreted the term quite differently

well idk in turkish he wrote "cirim" instead of "dick". here is dictionary definition:
"It is borrowed from the Arabic word cirm جِرْم, derived from the root crm, meaning “size, volume, body.” (NOTE: This word is cognate with the Hebrew word gerem גרם, meaning “bone.” This word is also cognate with the Aramaic-Syriac word garmā גרמא, which has the same meaning.)"
so like bc. it is an idiom i could say that it can also mean dick subtly

It’s not this, in my mind a head of state does not have the right to poat whatever bullshit comes to his mind on public platforms. Normal presidents/prime ministers just uses those platforms to inform the population, not to post cringe.
