Coming from Intel to AMD. Now my PC sounds like a jet engine. What to do?

So I came from Intel to Ryzen 7 7800X3D. When I had Intel it was very easy to manage the fan curve. No fan speed jumps. Only went higher when playing the game. Now with Ryzen 7 7800X3D after Windows start and when starting a game or something my PC sounds like a jet engine. Every time the CPU goes under stress there is a fan jump. The worst is Windows start. After Windows logo it shows that it achieves 72C. Then after a minute it goes to 45C idling. The aio is be quiet silent loop 360. Any recommendations?

Well I would always recommend Fan Control to take control of your fan curve.
What did you use to "manage" the fan curve before? Also did you use DDU for your old intel drivers?
Alvernox@reddit (OP)
BIOS only according to CPU temperature
Locke357@reddit
Yeah I would highly recommend Fan Control to setup a custom fan curve

But how to setup it if this cpu has temperature spikes? Do you have a recommendation?

I used this video as a guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDPKVKBMQU8

Reconfigure your fan curves

2 words... Fan curve

I use the phantom spirit thermalright cooler and my AMD cpu is silent

The bios on your intel mobo had a shallower fan curve than your amd one. Either adjust them down in your bios or use fan control like others have recommended. I used fan control for a long time as well and it works great. Highly recommend.

Running at high temperatures for long periods is one of AMD processors’ major characteristics.

If you get a big AiO, you can usually turn the fans down and they do its job. Unless I‘m stress testing, I don‘t see higher temps than 75 degrees, and thats with modern games. Fans run at 20-30% max speed mostly. Newer AMDs run hotter than old Intels in idle imo. I have idle temps of 50, light gaming in the 60s, heavy gaming / productivity loads 70s. It‘s fine for me, and it‘s quiet. But I have the Liquid Freezer 360 III, which is a big fatter than the bequiet ones.
With my old 7700K, and an old first gen 240 Liquid Freezer in Push Pull, I had fans on minimum, pump was quieter so it ran at full speed, idle was 30s and gaming never above 70.

First, set windows to use the 3rd party fan controller, then configure the curves.
It could be in the gpu manufacturer settings or other programs like MSI afterburner, your AIO software, just choose 1.

Fan curves have nothing to do with Intel or AMD, at best default fan curves are created by the motherboard manufacturer.
If your fans are too loud, then turn them down. If you have issues with the fans constantly going up and down, then there is usually a ramp up/down delay function to counter this.
