They transfer just like any other silencer. The 3-D printed construction doesn't change anything legally.

Someone help me -- I've been mulling over my first suppressor and I have absolutely no experience with suppressors. How is this?? I was set on the Polonium but I'm kinda concerned with it on my other rifles (AUG, Tavor, Galil SAR, FS2000)

I’ve bought 3 Rex cans through this dealer. They are good to go. The .358 can really shines on 9mil pccs. The .308 version is on my hunting rifle. Only real problem is if you don’t like the color, they don’t like to take paint haha.

Which Rex would be optimal for 5.56/.223 going back and forth on a 14.5'' P/W and an 11.5''? Adjustable gas on both. Or is there one that would perform best on either of those platforms?

I'd probably suggest the MG7 .224 (which I just added into inventory 5 minutes ago.)
It can be a bit gassy, but if you're already setup with adjustable gas blocks I think you're going to get better sound suppression than the Ultra-Low Backpressure .224.

It's my coolest rifle, it's chonky and the trigger is even chonkier, thick plasticky THUNK, lol. It's not a match rifle so who cares. It has a gasketed magwell so none of my Lancers will run but it runs Duramags fine. Eats anything and everything. Brass falling out into a nice little pile in the front will never not make me smile. I have a 3D printed railed fore end I bought from someone on GB I need to put on. After that I'd like to add a foregrip, handstop and canted dot

Polonium is a great silencer, so I'm not going to try to talk you out of that.
The YHM turbo is very popular in our store because it includes roughly $200 worth of quick-attach hardware in the package. (HUB adapter and Flash Hider). If you want to use a quick attach system, that's a nice perk.
Resilient makes some great stuff as well, so the Stacy's Mom K is probably worth a look.
or the Rex Low-Backpressure .224. It's probably not going to be as quiet as the others, but might run better on the other rifles mentioned.

I’d avoid the Rex low back pressure .224, I have one and it is a nightmare dealing with adapters since there are no wrench flats on the can. The supplied direct thread flats are wayyyy too short you can’t grab it with anything once it’s on the can, strap wrenches didn’t help either. It runs good but I wouldn’t buy another, I like my SEG h more

Have a Rex MG7K .308 on my 7.5" .308. is it the best preforming can out there? No. For the price though it is great. I picked mine up for $358ish a couple years ago, 100% worth it even when I had to pay $200 for the stamp. I personally like the raw finish on them although they're not for everyone.

I have a polonium. Host is a super safe l6.
Poloniums are hub compatible, great can with a good warranty. Only draw back is it's heavier and it's not low back pressure. So you'll get gas in the face.
