Well, akshually when you change the pressure, you change the freezing point. So, it is liquid below 0°C, but not below its actual freezing point.

Well ACKSHUALLY water at atmospheric pressure can remain liquid below freezing point because the ice struggles to form without a nucleation point. That being said you'd struggle to have the right conditions for this in a shower.

Achsuwally Pressure isn't required if its just below freezing. Ive seen a steady 30-31deg in my hash washing vessel when im working in a room thats below about 60deg.
