What’s your go to chocolate bar ?

I love chocolate and eat it most days. I think my favourite would have to be a Cadburys caramel as I love caramel.
ceehred@reddit
Still like Cadbury's Dairy milk, despite all the taste changes over the years. Chew on one or two of those really slim little-uns a week, nowadays. Sometimes I break one up to decorate a bowl of rice pudding.
I maybe get a Yorkie bar once in a long-while. I find a good chunk of chocolate great to suck on.
Loved a Mars bar as a kid in the '70s. They can fuck the right off nowadays, a mere shadow of their former selves.

Horrible chocolate
TheBestBigAl@reddit
It's advent calendar / chocolate coin grade chocolate, no idea why it has a good reputation.
DesignFar6251@reddit
To be fair, they rightfully have a good reputation because of their ethical stance.
I agree though. It does taste like shite advent calendar choc
TheBestBigAl@reddit
That's fair enough, I don't have an issue with it being more expensive due to ethical reasons.
I meant more its reputation of being nice chocolate, which is ill-earned in my opinion.

You’re wrong

Milka chocolate 😋

This.

Lidl chocolate is lush! Either the dark hazelnut, the milk choc almond or any of the salted caramel varieties. Plus there’s a delicious white choc with bits in.
I looked after a German girl through lockdown and her mum sends me big parcels of Lidl chocolate (about 30-40 bars as it’s cheap out there) for birthday and Christmas. Greatly received!
Uk choc I like Kit Kat salted caramel or a Toffee Crisp.
notemark@reddit
It used to be Drifter's but they don't make those anymore so now it's mostly the Tunnocks Caramel bars

Tunnocks caramel.

I love dunking the caramel wafer bar in tea and coffee, but I quite like the wafer cream bar too. It's an excellent substitute for Blue Ribands, which are banned from my house. And the caramel log is lovely, but nobody wants dessicated coconut floating in their coffee. And then there's the teacakes and the snowballs. Yum.
Britishloozerr@reddit
Dairy milk but they’ve changed the big bars to 95g now ffs

brett_conway@reddit
Yeah CHOC Marks bars are my go to.
I had the white chocolate pistachio for the first time last week. My least favourite of the range though and genuinely one I would never get again.

It used to be Mars Bar but it's shrunk from 62.5g to 40g
Martinonfire@reddit
Just a gentle reminder, if it doesn't say 'chocolate' in big letters on the wrapper it is because there is not enough cocoa in it so it cannot be called chocolate.
No_Secret2322@reddit
It’s between bounty and snickers when I’m in the mood, sometimes I feel fancy and get the red Lindt bar.
Elvin_Atombender@reddit
Toblerone, Bounty Bar or Galaxy Ripple.
