No. In WA State you have to pay use tax on an out of state purchase if the vendor didn’t collect sales tax. The use tax is collected when the transfer occurs at the SOT/FFL. https://dor.wa.gov/forms-publications/publications-subject/tax-topics/sales-and-transfers-firearms-licensed-dealers

I form 1'd an MPX about a month ago. After getting your prints and passport photos (go the .eft route if possible) it is SUPER easy. I'm mil so like half of my job is filling out government forms, but it is very straight forward. Not to mention, wait times are sitting around a week on form 4 depending on how you file!
Glad we got in on this deal, it seems like a great way to get into suppressors. I fear this will be a gateway drug to other cans
