its may sounds weird on why would i game on a 720p monitor in 2026 its because i have no other room to put it in and a 1080p monitor with 120hz is hella expensive so any pc specs that can run marvel rivals and battlefield 6 and gta 5 rp in 720p medium settings without having to spend alot of money?

It's beyond weird. 1080p is the bare minimum as of 15 years ago.
Windows is barely useable at anything less.

What are the best websites I can look at to see Algerian pricing for PC parts?
PersonalPresence7748@reddit (OP)

I would for sure check out the used PC market in your area.
I checked their website and the cheapest GPU I see is your entire budget.
If you have any questions regarding a used machine, feel free to message me the specs and whatnot.

thanks man I appreciate you're efforts for trying to find me pc specs
my friends said that there was someone that is selling pc parts went there and I asked him the same question and he said the maximum gpu that u can go with is the
rx 580 8gb version and an i7 6th gen or 7th gen and 16gb ddr4 and 512gb sata ssd he said these are specs for 720p mix of low and medium settings
I asked him how much will this cost he said around 95000 and my budget is 98000 so should I buy it?

That PC meets the minimum specs for marvel rivals, but they do recommend an SSD for a better experience (that's what the devs say in the specs).
That PC would be o.k. But for 98000 which is roughly 750 USD, you should be able to do better, I would think. Unless the used/pc market is just way more expensive in Algeria.

sadly the pc market is indeed expensive due exporting rules in our country and I guess I would just buy the pc anyways thanks man I appreciate ur efforts

No problem brother!
I think it'll work for you, as the minimum specs are based on 1080p, so 720p will run a bit better yet! Good luck with everything.

Where can I look online for Algerian pricing on pc components?
