Congratulations OP, such a beautiful car!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you!
kangarooooo17@reddit
So awesome. My within reach dream car is my current 2006 Yaris … I love it to bits though :( can’t wait till I win the lottery! I will miss it! It’s served me good memories!
aprtur@reddit
Congrats! It's probably obvious from my profile picture, but I owned a rather unusual spec '21 from new for about 4 years that I special ordered - it's a great car, and I honestly find myself missing it every now and then. You will absolutely love it as a daily. If you can snag one of the performance exhausts on sale (watch online for part sales at Bell Lexus in AZ), it's a nice upgrade over the stock catback. Also, if you need any parts, the aforementioned dealer tends to have the best wholesale pricing with free shipping that I've encountered, with great customer service - hopefully they can help make your ownership experience even better.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you!
I use the old style desktop version of Reddit, so I don't see profile pictures. I did hover my mouse over your username though and saw a thumbnail picture of a red IS and the [triple beam?) headlight, but that's it. So I don't know the unusual spec that you had. Does the F-Sport stainless exhaust drone at any speeds? I wouldn't mind a slightly more aggressive exhaust sound, but not at the expense of ruining the luxury aspect of the ride.
aprtur@reddit
Yep, I had a 2021 IS350 F-Sport AWD. The unusual spec part was this: Infrared on black, no moonroof, triple beams, nav package (widescreen), no-ML, AWD, F-Sport exhaust, front PPF, illuminated door sills, all weather mats, and a set of IS500 "flower" Enkeis - photo here. It was a damn good looking car, and fun - honestly, the only reason I didn't get a RWD with the DHP was that I didn't want the matte black BBS or the impossible to replace carbon parts (lots of owners had issues with warping), so that left me with an AWD since you were required to get DHP to get an LSD.
The exhaust didn't really have any annoying drone - it was present, but not in an annoying way. As long as you have ASC off, it should be fine. Fun fact - HKS builds those stainless exhausts for Lexus.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Ahh, I see. That definitely is unusual. I've never seen an IS350 without a sunroof.
The BBS wheels were a must for me, as I don't like the standard wheels at all. I wouldn't buy the car without the DHP. And one of the first things I did with the car is turn ASC off. The engine makes a good noise on its own when giving it a good amount of throttle.
Hmm, I don't see myself changing the exhaust any time soon. But that's good to know.
aprtur@reddit
No sunroof made a pretty noticeable difference for me - more headroom and better insulation from wind noise. I've always purchased my cars without them, so it was worth the extra hassle and months of doing the special order. "No roof" cars were very hard to find in the national allocations, and none had this exact combo of options that I could get my dealer to trade for.
I like the design of the BBS, but the matte black was the sticking point for me - I can't stand flat black wheels. They actually offered them in a different finish in Japan, and I wish we could've had that choice here. Only in the later years did they make the wheels a stand alone option, so in '21 that was a lot of added cost in the DHP that I wanted to go towards the nav and headlights, as well as the IS500 Enkeis I did want/get. The LSD was what made the DHP non-negotiable on the RWD for me, but since I didn't want anything else in the package, that's why I got an AWD. Agreed on the ASC - it's silly that they put it in the car when it sounds great on its own.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Are you like 6'2" or taller? I'm just 5'9.5", with longer legs than torso, so headroom is never an issue for me. And also, Lexus doesn't do special orders here in America. Are you in a different country where they do that?
aprtur@reddit
1.) I'm 6', and I noticed a difference going from one with a sunroof to mine without. You gain a couple extra inches.
2.) That wasn't the case in 2021, and I was there in person at my dealer with the GSM to see what we had to do in Dealer Daily to order the car. It's far too complicated and requires the Lexus regional office to approve the order, but we did order my car. You have to do a "BOS change" in Dealer Daily after exhausting dealer trade options for existing allocations, and then give up some inbound allocation unit in exchange for the order car. We even caught the car while it was still on the ship and altered the port options to take off what Lexus NA automatically applied to the car. I will note that I'm not in a Gulf States or Southeast Toyota distributor region, so that probably helps, as I've heard they suck for this. Also, I did hear in 2022 when Toyota started feeling the aftershocks in supply chain from COVID, they stopped allowing BOS changes for a while. I'm not sure if they're back to allowing it again.
Old_Let6608@reddit
That’s a serious upgrade from a Civic Si congrats The Lexus IS 350 F Sport is such a great balance of performance and reliability.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Yeah, and that's exactly why I bought it. It also happens to look amazing as well.
TrueSwagformyBois@reddit
Nice! Good on you. Did you have the chance to drive this (spec of) car before deciding this spec and this car was your dream? What informed this being the dream car, in other words?
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yes. I was able to drive this car (not spec for spec, but close) last August at a different dealer. Unfortunately it was a short 2-3 mile drive on city streets, as they wouldn't allow for a longer drive. Anyways, I liked it. But I already liked the car before test driving it, if that makes sense. I've done a lot of reading up on it beforehand, and I loved the way it looked. All that, combined with video reviews of the car made me very confident that this was the car for me.
This was my obtainable dream car. If I had more money, I would've gone with an IS500, or even try and find a GS-F. But those two are a pipe dream right now.
LxBru@reddit
How’s the rear seat room? I’ve heard it’s quite small
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
It's good if both front and rear occupants are no taller than 5'11" I'd say. I'm 5 foot nine and a half, and I can easily sit behind myself. And I have longer legs than torso. It's definitely a compact car inside. There's actually about an inch less legroom in the rear than my Civic.
TrueSwagformyBois@reddit
Well good for you :) Glad you found it!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks.
TheArchist@reddit
welcome to one of the greatest dailies you can buy. enjoy the car, this is a car to keep forever.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you.
Vhozite@reddit
Congratulations OP nice ride! :)
Getting your obtainable dream car is a great feeling. I’m always so jealous of people who know exactly what they want their next car to be…doubly so if they can actually find it.
hutacars@reddit
Yeah, my usual process is
Narrow down to 15-20 cars, all of different body styles, prices, and eras
Fret over it for months
Test drive something completely unrelated on a whim and buy that instead
Surely I can’t be the only one with such a highly refined process?
Vhozite@reddit
I’m addicted to browsing car listings.
I have a spreadsheet comparing dozens of different models been working on it over a year lol. Recently I started a new page calculating total cost including depreciation, interest, tires, oil, etc for the ones I’m really serious about.
It’s a sickness. I paid for the lifetime membership of Visor premium (100% worth it).
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Well, it took a long time, but I found it :)
ninjamike808@reddit
Congrats! I was considering one when I totaled my WRX a few months ago but ultimately I decided on something else.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! What did you end up getting?
ninjamike808@reddit
I went with a model 3.
It was kind of a pain. I started looking to replace my ERX, but couldn’t find the trim in my price range. So I looked at the IS350 F Sport and similar thing. Everything I found was high mileage. I lucked out find a bunch of one year old Model 3s with super low miles for good prices. Ended up with a long range RWD with less than 9k miles.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
I see. That's a big change. I'm assuming you own your own home, allowing for easy overnight charging?
JidoshaTori@reddit
Congrats! Great ride!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you!
Generationhodl@reddit
Dayum! Very awesome nice looking car! Happy for you! Enjoy every minute of it before it gets boring in XX Months / Years :D
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you, I appreciate it!
PabloIceCreamBar@reddit
Damn you got the most loaded IS I’ve ever seen aside from the GSM of the Lexus store I worked at.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks! lol...I was only going to buy a fully loaded example. The only thing it doesn't have is the rear power sunshade. Not sure how common of an option that is. But it's not that big of a deal that my car doesn't have it, being as how the car has tinted windows. It would have just been more of a cool conversation piece to have it.
What is GSM?
392_hemi@reddit
Damn, didn’t know rear powered sunshades was an option on the IS! Always thought it was a GS and LS thing. But hell yeah dude! Sweet rife and may you have thousands and thousands of driving pleasure! Also post some interior pictures on r/Lexus
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, Lexus introduced it as an option starting with MY2022, and I'm not sure how many people out there know about it or optioned it (more like how many of these did Lexus make, because you can't special order Lexus vehicles). Here's the brochure for the 2022 IS. Scroll down the page a little bit past the halfway mark and it's in the "Options" section, after "Packages". It was also mentioned in the press release for the 2022 IS300/350. Scroll down about 80% of the way, it's under the "New packages and options for IS300 and IS350 F-Sport".
Thank you though! And yeah, I'll get around to taking more pictures, including interior shots.
PabloIceCreamBar@reddit
General Sales Manager.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Ahhh, gotcha. Well, I guess I'm lucky then, right?
Lordrandall@reddit
I laugh when people say their cars are getting up there in age, and I’m driving around a 2002 (not that old).
Congrats.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Well, different people have different perspectives in that regard. But also, you can have a 24 year old car that's very well taken care of and in good shape. And you can have an 8 year old car that's falling apart. BTW, you have an amazing car. One of the best.
india2wallst@reddit
The stereo is amazing. Congrats it's a great car.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, I'm learning to appreciate it. It took me a little while to realize how to tune it properly, but yeah, it sounds great for a factory system.
j_kobrah@reddit
Congrats! My first luxury car was a 2019 Lexus IS 300 AWD. Going from a Mazda 3 GT to that was a fun experience. Also, can’t go wrong with white on these cars.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Seems like you and I had a similar leveling up experience with our cars. Yeah, I wasn't really trying to get white, but with how hard it is to find a fully loaded example of the IS350, I'll take it. I was hoping for dark grey, or maybe blue or red. But the white is cool.
Yeah, the gauge cluster is a neat party trick.
ic33hot@reddit
The old gen interior is honestly beautiful, that digital moving tach is timeless.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, it's nearly perfect. And that moving digital tach is sweet. The only thing the interior could use is more space for things, more cubby holes. Like, there's nowhere to store my glasses or phone except under the armrest or in the cupholders. My Civic is way better in that regard. But, tradeoffs.
iqstick@reddit
It looks like you're in the LA/OC area. Go to Onsite Wheels in Garden Grove if you want to fix the curb rash. The man is a magician and you'd never be able to tell and he's extremely reasonably priced
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yes, I'm in the L.A. area. Garden Grove is pretty far away from to get something like that done. I already have a number for a guy who repairs wheels. We'll see what happens.
HeadOfMax@reddit
Nice whip.
I think I've been driving Hondas for too long. Any other car I drive doesn't feel right. Even my work van never felt quite right and I put a ton of miles on it.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you.
I've driven mostly Honda Civic's my whole adult life, so I understand that change can be weird. But this car drives very nicely, and the powertrain is sweet.
Astramael@reddit
Pretty sweet. Have a great time, I am sure that won’t be too difficult for you!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks, appreciate it. And nope, it won't lol.
Gorgenapper@reddit
Finally, congratulations.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you!
Gorgenapper@reddit
I looked at the pics, and I think you nailed it with the spec and color you got, especially with the ash trim steering wheel. I wish they had that as an option for the later model years, it looks classy.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you. I was looking at '22-'24 models, and I was having a hard time deciding on what year I'd be most happy with. Because Lexus only made the ash wood trim steering wheel and window switch surround an option on 2021-2022 models, but then in 2023 or 2024 they started offering a black window trim instead of chrome (and I don't particularly like chrome). I didn't want a 2021 model, because Lexus didn't offer the memory seat package that year. Ultimately, I'm happy with getting a 2022 model, because I can always get the window trim wrapped in black, but I can't just go and install the ash wood trim. And yes, the wood trim is very classy looking.
Gorgenapper@reddit
After you get some more pics or more settled in with the car, post on lexus and lexusIS.
I like that you know what you wanted, didn't care that the car wasn't as fast as another model from a manufacturer you're not interested in, and you wanted the car for specific reasons like made in Japan build quality, reliability, interior, looks, naturally aspirated V6, and so on. These are the same reasons why I chose my IS350, it's less about having a powerful and fast car at all costs ... and more about getting something that I want, for my own reasons that have nothing to do with outright speed.
It's kind of like choosing between a Mustang GT or an ND Miata when they were roughly the same price (years ago lol), the Mustang is undeniably faster and has a V8, but the Miata is sublime in a way that has nothing to do with its power output.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Will do.
Yeah, I absolutely knew what I wanted before I even took the car for a test drive.
rugbyj@reddit
“Thank god this guy will stop asking questions!”
“Hey what’s the best aftermarket exhaust for my IS350?”
(only joking)
argothewise@reddit
Refreshing to see a car like this as someone’s dream car. I hate how social media ruins people’s perceptions.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks. My unobtainable dream car is the IS500 or GS-F. So this was a nice compromise.
sc0lm00@reddit
Congrats! Is it fun to drive? I always disliked the Predator grill generations but the newer ones look really good.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks! I haven't had that many opportunities to ring it out, but so far it's quite enjoyable. The 2021-2025 iteration of that style of grill is by far my favorite. I think Lexus designers knocked it out of the park with this one, but only in F-Sport guise. I'm not a fan of the 2026 refresh, with inside and out honestly.
alastoris@reddit
Same here, I wish they kept the old exterior and the be interior, that'd be the sweet spot.
The iteration of IS you called out is the best looking thus far
happy--muffin@reddit
Hey bud, congrats! 77k is nothing. I have an IS F but if you're daily driving, the IS 350 is the sweet spot. You get good fuel economy for the power, enough speed to put a smile to your face, a reliable 6 cylinder that's been tried and true with plenty of comfort and luxury, and you went yolo and got all the bells and whistles. If you're free end of next month, check out the https://www.lexusislegacytour.com/
I see Ralphs and your username says Dodger Blue, so I'm going to assume you're in LA. I'm bringing mine to show off in the owners' paddock
biguk997@reddit
Can I come if I dont have an IS lol
happy--muffin@reddit
YEEEE!!! Come hang out
Attendance is free. The experience is essential.
ChildhoodBest9140@reddit
The 350 gets terrible milage imo esp w the full time AWD. 2GR is great, but fuel economy is not one of those things. Highway it’s average.
I loved mine though, such a great car.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, the V6 has a good amount of power, especially with being used to no more than 197 hp and 139 lb/ft for the past 11 years. I'd love to get an IS500 down in the future, but I'm happy right now with what I've got.
And yes, I'm in the L.A. area. San Pedro is a bit far away from me, plus I always work weekends. So that's most likely a no go for me, but that's for the invite.
dnyank1@reddit
I miss the days when the mods would flair a title like that with something snarky like "2003 Honda Civic DX" or "2012 Chevy Malibu Eco"
KSoMA@reddit
Congrats on the car! I wouldn't worry much about the mileage for the age, generally that would mean it has a lot of highway miles, which isn't that big a deal.
Any reason you didn't consider other manual options like your Si? I know for example the previous gen BMW 340i came with a stick. I can also get if you either wanted something easier to drive or just didn't feel strongly either way.
cilantno@reddit
Manual 340i functionally don’t exist.
I cross shopped that car, and kept an eye out and notifications set for about a year. I think I only ever saw one for sale.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! And yeah, my guess is that it was mostly highway miles, which is the best kind of driving you can do. Plus, it has a bulletproof drivetrain, so I'm not worried about the higher mileage. I always stay on top of maintenance as well.
I have no interest in anything Honda makes these days. The 8th gen Si was the last Si I like, namely because of its high revving n/a engine. Plus, I really did want to go upmarket. I've mostly had economy cars since I've been driving, so I wanted to experience a nicer type of vehicle. Not to mention, I'm not exactly young anymore, so I felt the IS350 was a right fit for me.
I like naturally aspirated engines, and didn't want to buy a turbocharged car. I also have no interest in buying German, so no BMW. Plus, I was never really a fan of the way the F-series 3-series looked. I'm partial to Japanese cars, especially ones made in Japan like the IS. I really like the combination of luxury, design, reliability, comfort, and sportiness that the IS350 offers. It really was the only car I had my eye on, because the IS500 was way out of my budget.
MasterpieceStill9991@reddit
Patience paid off. Beautiful spec. Enjoy the gorgeous car
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! I will.
cock________________@reddit
Congrats fellow IS owner! Really don’t see many in my neck of the woods, always enjoy seeing one.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Enjoy your 500. I wish one day to own one.

As an Altezza owner: welcome to the family grandson.
Hope you enjoy your car dude, that’s a sweet ride
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks brother. So far, I'm really enjoying it.
ethereumkid@reddit
Congrats man. It's a great cruiser.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you, I appreciate it! I'm jealous of your car. One day...
Only_One_Kenobi@reddit
Congrats. It's an awesome car. Only reason I don't want one is that front end. Everything else about that car is amazing
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks!
oldwatchlover@reddit
Not a plug, but I’ve found autotempest.com to very helpful searching for a particular car or configuration.
Makes the hunt fun
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Autotempest and Autotrader were the two sites I used this whole time. Trust me, I was on there everyday. It was slim pickins.
UndeadWaffle12@reddit
Congrats, I love the exterior design on this generation IS. Absolutely beautiful. I was looking into getting one but I hated that they put the 6 speed in the AWD models rather than the 8 speed.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks! You can't daily a RWD car where you're at? From watching the SavageGeese videos on the IS350, they say that it's really hard to get the back end out with how much grip, modest amount of power, and initial understeer the car has. RWD and snow tires wouldn't work for you?
UndeadWaffle12@reddit
Nope, AWD is a must for me. We have very long winters and get a ridiculous amount of snow. We had 50 cm of snowfall in two days last week, the weather is just now starting to warm up. I can get my a4 quattro to slide pretty easily with winter tires so I don’t even want to try dailying a more powerful rwd car in the winter.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Gotcha.
Drew_Snydermann@reddit
Congratulations. I'm right there with you. I've been searching every day for a YEAR, across a dozen platforms, coast to coast, for a nice 08-11 Toyota Yaris S to replace one we bought new in 2008 and was crashed in 2024.
chubbyzook@reddit
I'm looking for that gen yaris aswell, they are the perfect commuter car. Too bad everyone treated them like shit.
Drew_Snydermann@reddit
Well, not everyone. I did find a mint 2008 Base Yaris that I have now, still looking for an S. Luckily, Toyota sold 200,000 07-11 Yaris here, so nice ones are out there if you look hard enough. Not necessarily cheap if you find a nice one.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Good luck on your search.
Jam_Bannock@reddit
Congrats! I remember your username from your comments on this sub. My previous neighbour added a modified exhaust to her IS350, it sounded really sick after the swap. Are you planning to swap out the exhaust or doing any modifications at all? Did you consider any Acura car to replace your Civic Si?
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Nah, I don't plan on doing any modifications to it. The engine sounds pretty damn good stock when giving it the beans. No, I didn't consider any Acura. I don't really care for anything they make/made in recent years. Honestly, I haven't coveted any Acura since the DC2 GS-R/Type-R. But that was a lifetime ago.
A coworker of mind actually just bought a used 2023 TLX A-Spec just a couple weeks ago, and it's white with a black interior just like my car. It's nice and all, but I don't love it. And the Integra doesn't interest me one bit. I actually was playing with the online configurator for the Miata RF Club for a minute, but at the end of the day, that car wouldn't be great as my primary daily.
Jam_Bannock@reddit
I get it. Honda/Acura moved on from the high reving, NA engine ethos a long time back. Their one NA car from the same time period of your IS, the ILX is not compelling.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, exactly. They just don't make/haven't made anything compelling for me. Plus, I love the fact that the IS350 is RWD. Acura doesn't have RWD anything.
humdizzle@reddit
great to hear stories like this. I searched for is350s for a bit and it seems like only 1/100 ever spec the awesome mark levinson stereo. ended up giving on the search because of that and the performance is a bit low given its poor highway mpg (i do alot of highway driving and would like to fill up less often)
now i'm looking at 840i coupes and same issue ... nobody wants to spec a 3k bowers and wilkins stereo on 100k car.
JSC843@reddit
You can use bimmercode to get the B&W sound profiles into iDrive pretty easily. Idk if you have B&W that in your M40i already or if you’re on the HK, but I did it to mine recently and it is a noticeable improvement. I think the HK system on its own sounds pretty bad.
humdizzle@reddit
yeah i did something similar to my f80, coding it to bang and olufsen. but its just a software change not a hardware change. The BW systems just have better hardware than HK, dedicated sub for ultra low base, and it never sounds harsh with the volume cranked.
JSC843@reddit
Yeah good point on the hardware. HK is marginally better than the HiFi or whatever BMW uses on base models, but the sound profiles open it up more.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah, it was like finding a needle in a haystack really. I only drive 8000-9000 miles a year, so the gas mileage on it doesn't bother me. In fact, it's only slightly worse than my Civic. And given the clear performance advantage the IS350 has over the Si, I had no qualms about its fuel efficiency.
Well, good luck to you in finding exactly what you want.
WhippersnapperUT99@reddit
Congrats on finding your dream car. I'm hoping to get a LC 500 convertible a one day after lightly used ones with under 50,000 miles drop below $40k.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! I hope you find it someday. Those things sound great.
gothiicserpent@reddit
Congrats on the car. There are a ton of IS where I live and I always enjoy seeing the headlights in my rearview. It's a sharp looking car. and I love the interior design. 77k miles for the year probably means mostly highway so that's nothing. I kind of prefer buying used cars that have small imperfections because it makes me less anxious future dings and scuffs
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you! Yeah, it's gotta be mostly highway miles. But hey, that was the only way I could afford the car. Otherwise, if it had normal mileage on it, it would've been $7k-$8k too expensive for me.
lublinj2@reddit
I have a 21 atomic silver with red interior and the DHP.. best car I’ve owned considering the comfort and performance combo. it has only 22100 on the clock and I’m planning to keep it well over 100k
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Nice, that's a great color combo. I wasn't looking for a white/black combo, but with how hard it was to find a fully loaded example, I was ok with that spec. Beggars can't be choosers. I'm sure we can keep our cars well into the 100k, 200k's etc.
lublinj2@reddit
yeah I wasn’t picky either, I found one at the dealer the Mrs got her rx350 from earlier in the year and was in the drivers seat within an hour. I drove a bran new 25 without DHP the day she got her's and this handled more like the veloster n I was swapping from. mine has no ML and no sunroof but I’m not huge on sun roofs. Enjoy it!!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Wow, no sunroof?! I don't think I've ever seen a 2021-2025 IS350 without one. But that's cool that you like yours without a sunroof. And thanks!
lublinj2@reddit
Yeah I had two straight cars prior without a sun roof and even when I had one in the past I didn’t really use it unless it was say 65-80º range so no biggie, AC seats make that redundant!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Yeah I hear ya. Everyone's different.
SirLoremIpsum@reddit
Well done.
It's always nice to see someone achieve their goals!
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thank you!
Beautiful_Jaguar_413@reddit
Love that it's rear wheel drive with a Torsen limited-slip differential.
Just wish it was 500 lb lighter.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Well, yeah it'd be nicer if it weighed closer to 3300 lbs. But compact luxury sedans weigh in the mid-high 3000 lbs these days.
Mountain-Union2347@reddit
I’m hoping to get my hands on one some day. Definitely not in my budget right now, but it’s the only gen IS I actually like. Actually one of the only sedans I like, I’m more of a coupe guy.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Just keep saving and you can make it happen one day.
arcticrobot@reddit
Nice! That is a great car.
DodgerBlueRobert1@reddit (OP)
Thanks! And yeah, it definitely is.

All car-selling questions (how much is my car worth, should I fix my car before selling/trading, etc.) should be directed to r/WhatCarShouldIBuy or r/carselling.
Please read the rules and sidebar first and feel free to message the mods if you still have questions.
