I've gotten drunk at 9 AM before without it being concerning, because that was the end of my being awake for 20 hours and I was going to bed soon. It would have been an issue if I was going in to work, but I had just come home from there, and the next night I had off.

The cheese puffs are ruined by adding lime juice. It might be tasty to have that umami/sour combo, but it makes them soggy, and the crunch is one of the magical things that makes them delicious.
