I want to build an iOS app, where should I start?

Title is self-explanatory.
I want to start a Fitness app on iOS (+watchOS) as a beginner. I am looking for the easiest/ quickiest way to do so. I have an engineering background so very minimal coding knowledge but willing to learn.
I was thinking of the below tech stack: Front: SwiftUI Back/ storage: Supabase Health data would be pulled from Health app.
Would this be an easy / feasible path ? Any recommendations on the tech stack? Should I focus more on relying on AI ‘no-code’ tools or rather use AI for ‘real’ coding & learning?

Only 1 way I know to build apps with zero knowledge…

That tech stack looks pretty solid for starting out. SwiftUI is definitely the way to go for iOS development nowadays and Supabase handles the backend stuff nicely
Since you got engineering background the learning curve shouldn't be too steep. I'd say go with real coding over no-code tools - you'll understand what's actually happening under the hood and can fix things when they break
