Trying to build a pc in pakistan thinking about these specs

What do you think I should change or is it good my budget is 350k max

That's a very solid base for your build! However, I’d recommend two important changes to get the best performance and reliability:
RAM (Dual Channel): Instead of a single 16GB stick, go for a 2x8GB kit. Ryzen CPUs benefit significantly from Dual Channel memory. Using only one stick will cut your bandwidth in half, which can cause stuttering and lower FPS in games.
Power Supply (Quality): Since you only listed '750 watts', make sure you pick a reputable brand (like Corsair, Seasonic, or Cooler Master). Ideally, look for one with an 80+ Gold certification. A high-quality PSU is essential to protect your components, especially with a power-hungry card like the RTX 3070.
