I have a budget of 60000rs (631.07 US Dollars) , and I want "2k" IPS panel only not OLED , so I guess it's the best monitor under that budget with good response time and refresh rate .

Is there any particular reason you're against OLED? Modern panels do not have much burn in risk if that's it, OLED has near instant response times under around 0.5ms and motion clarity at the same refresh rates as IPS.

I use monitor a lot like around 8-10hrs per day and half of the time I leave it open which can cause burn in issue in the screen
