Need advice for building my PC

I want to build an all white PC with an AMD Radeon RX 9060 xt 16gb or maybe Nvidia RTX 5060 ti 16gb. For the CPU I could take an intel core i7-14700KF because I don't need an igpu. My budget is 1200-1500CHF also I need a gaming mouse. I want to play Minecraft at 32 chunks render distance and with shaders and I also want to play cs2 at maximum settings. I am gaming at 1440p. Does someone have an advice to all that? I've never build a PC before.

Hi! That's an awesome project for a first build. Since you're aiming for a silent white PC at 1440p, here are a few tips to optimize your 1500 CHF budget:
CPU & Platform
Swap Intel for AMD the i7-14700KF is powerful but runs very hot, making it difficult to keep the system silent. A Ryzen 7 7800X3D or 9700X is much more efficient, quieter, and uses the AM5 socket, which allows for easier CPU upgrades in the future.
GPU (Minecraft & CS2)
Nvidia for Shaders: For Minecraft shaders and 32-chunk rendering, Nvidia (RTX 5060 Ti 16GB) usually handles Ray Tracing tasks more efficiently than AMD.
Silent Case & Mouse
Quiet Cases: Look for the Be Quiet! Pure Base 500DX or Fractal Design North in white. They offer excellent airflow, which allows your fans to run at lower (and quieter) RPMs.
Mouse: The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 in white is the competitive standard for CS2 and fits your aesthetic perfectly.
I found this computer on a Swiss website (I don't know it personally as I'm not from Switzerland), but it's well-regarded and the price is within the budget you planned: https://www.galaxus.ch/en/s1/product/captiva-advanced-r92-656-1000-gb-32-gb-amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d-pc-59778059?tagIds=1308
