If you look on the website, you can see that it's run by a company called Theia Operations and Development Ltd and if you look them up on Companies House, they used to be called The SEPI Agency Ltd, which was "The Supernatural, Extraterrestrial and Paranormal Investigations Agency". The SEPI website has a tool on it called THEIA, which is their "case management system" for paranormal encounters. Fascinating stuff.

My two issues with this: 1. It would require such a HUGE number of people to get on board and add reviews before people could find reviews of a specific property. At first it would be a minuscule chance of finding reviews of a property you were interested, which would turn people off

One messy tenant, or dodgy repairs done by the landlord and old reviews are outdated. This would rely on every tenant reviewing regularly.
