Need more information. Type of shoe, construction, level of access. Example, alcohol will breakdown hides, its great for stretching a shoe, but can also destroy the finish.

Pour a little bleach on a cloth, or paper towel, or something like that and find a way to brush up against the shoes.

Be careful because it could get on your clothes. But if you do it lightly enough that they don’t notice, you can really fuck the shoes up pretty easily

Let them get a bit damp. Accidentally splash a wee bit of water on them and don’t wipe it off.

Or if you want to get them to do it, take them out somewhere with them wearing them. A rainy evening. At some point they just couldn’t avoid that rain puddle, and sploosh. Those shoes will never be the same.

If they’re high heels they often have a little plastic or rubber “caps” on the ends of the heels that pop out (they’re meant to be replaceable).

If you walk on heels without those caps they are very uncomfortable, and will wear down the actual heel of the shoe so they can’t be easily repaired.
