Literally unexplainable behavior: After re-install

I installed Windows 11 on my PC.
I did not install any drivers, only whatever Windows Update installed.
Wi-Fi works. Bluetooth did not work.
I'm aware Windows Update installs some basic drivers.
I went and installed a few Bluetooth drivers (took me a few tries to get the correct driver). Bluetooth now works.
I felt uncomfortable with random drivers installed. So I re-installed Windows 11 again from scratch on the same PC and SSD.
After re-installation, I did the Windows Update and I did not install any additional drivers. But both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth works already.
I didn't even install the Bluetooth driver after re-installing... why does it work now and not before?

My nice friend... i stopped questioning the behavior of any freakin' windows OS release more or less since the days XP Service Pack 3 went first on my second pc

Could be that it is packaged now for some reason with Windows.
How did you reinstall? Did you make a windows usb and then completely wiped the C drive during the installation process?

Yes. Both times I re-installed Windows I used a USB flash drive. Both times I completely wiped my SSD.

Interesting. Then I suspect Windows suddenly packages the drivers with it.

Maybe you updated the Microsoft hivemind, by teaching it which Bluetooth driver to use.
