Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
gaming on low settings for 60fps atleast. don't play many games anyway but id like to atleast have the option of running modern games at 40-60fps
general very smooth experience with multiple things open like a game + browser, issue with my decade old budget build right now is its just very slow overall but runs everything individually fine
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
1080p low settings 60fps
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
500-700, but this post is looking for advice on a cheaper end build
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
uk
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

reusing ram bought new ram a few years ago and storage
would just like a performance prediction for this very cheap build. how worth it is it to spend another 100 on a gpu? this build will only need to last me 4-5~ years
NOTE: You do not have to follow this format, but please be sure to answer these questions. Please do not ask to simply be given a build. You are welcome to delete this section.

9060xt 16gb fits in your budget and should last longer than b570 or b580

this is the gaming performance you can expect from your 5600+B570 combo. If you can afford, I would recommend getting the Intel ARC B580 12GB GPU, it costs around 300GBP and would last you far longer and dish out more performance. If you just want to play at 1080p in the next 4-5 years, the 5600+B580 combo will last longer than that. The B580 offers 20-25% better performance than the B570 in synthetic benchmarks and gaming.

This is the gaming performance of the 5600+B580 combo.

thanks, ive seen that vid but i was worried over how much the 32gb of ram makes a difference?

Also try and get the B580 GPU instead of the B570.

Nahh, 16GB is fine for 1080p. You could play games with discord in the background with most of the games. And when you get the cash, add in another 16GB RAM later.
