Replacement antenna for asus x870 max mobo

Hi all,
I am looking for a replacement wifi7 antenna for the x870 max motherboard, as my cats have snapped the cable for my old one. However, I have not been able to find it anywhere. Only third party antennas.
Do you guys know where to find one in Northern Europe? Or do you know if the third party ones by e.g. Eightwood or Gintai are legit?
Thank you

That motherboard is using Asus’s new proprietary “Q-Antenna” connectors... which Asus does not sell replacements for. Apparently Asus Support recommends buying a whole new motherboard if you break them, which is dumb as fuck.
The replacement antennas you can find online are totally fine and work very well… on motherboards that use the industry standard screw on connectors that motherboards have used for the last decade. But they will not work with the proprietary connectors your motherboard has.
There’s an AliExpress page selling replacements here:

And there’s a few threads on Reddit detailing how to replace the onboard WiFi card that has those proprietary connectors with another one that uses standard connectors, or just the connectors themselves:

Hmm, that was what I feared. It seems weird not being able to replace a small, easily breakable part.
Thank you very much though! I think I'll try to find a replacement then

Asus hasn't done anything magical with their cheap antenna, any third-party options with the same connectors will work just fine.
