Found this build for about 300k Yen. Is this fine?

Hi! I live in Japan and have been looking for a full AMD build. I found this PC on Mercari and it seems awesome.

Would love if you guys could take a look at it for me as I don't know a lot besides "9070xt is good". Hardware is really not my thing.

Looks okay but I would pay attention to a few things:

AsRock boards are somehow still killing processors at a very small scale despite many rounds of fixes so I'd see if I could swap the board to something else.
4800 ram is fine for gaming especially with x3d but if you want to pivot over to productivity some workloads can see up to 20% improvement depending with faster 6000 CL30 m emory
Kingston NV3 has gacha internals which some people are okay with but I wouldn't touch
Case is mid, don't expect the best thermals
GPU is solid, it looks like a rebranded Reaper
