Need help picking a new GPU

Hello. I want to upgrade my GPU. Currently in rocking a 3060ti, and while I do enjoy it a lot, I find it struggles to keep consistent 60+ fps in some titles I play. My budget is around 800€, can't afford anything more expensive so 5070ti is unfortunately not an option.
The cards I'm considering right now are 5070, 9070xt and 4070ti super, but I'm open to other suggestions, if anyone has any. All are around the same price (750-800€) where I live, though the 4070ti super is second hand.
I'd really appreciate some unbiased advice!

If they're all around the same price and the 4070 Ti Super is second hand, I would get the 9070 XT.
Unless the 4070 Ti S is €100 or more cheaper, then I'd get that.
It's rare for GPUs to fail, so generally I find buying used unproblematic.

4070ti super is ~770 and the 9070xt is ~ 800

I'm leaning towards the 9070 XT in that case. It's ~12% faster, about the same RT performance, a little slower at PT. FSR 4.1 is very nearly as good as DLSS 4.0 imo, but obviously DLSS has better support.
They're very similar cards but the 9070 XT is new.

If you are on 1080p res i would consider getting new cpu, and 5070.
If you are on 1440p get 9070xt, but if you didn't have AMD gpu before aim for nvidia.
Also sell whatever you take out it will cover new monitor maybe.
Rtx 5070 is underrated because only 12g vram but thats fine for almost max everything on 1440p.

I know the CPU isn't ideal but it was what was available to me on a decent price when I was building. I will probably be upgrading it a bit later down the line. And yeah, I play on 1440p, recently upgraded my monitor

Jump from 3060 to 5070 would be really good. Yes 9070 xt ofers more vram and raw power but its over 300w gpu and will be bit louder and hotter than nvidia idk if thats important to you.
Look for some tests and features and decide. I would skip used gpu if i got 800 euro to spend.

For me the jump from 3060 12 GB to 5060 Ti 16 GB was also insane. But alas, the 5070 is definitely faster and 12 GB of VRAM ain’t that bad.

I see, thanks for the advice! I will keep it in mind

I don’t know what do you mean by unbiased opinion. Everyone favors something to their personal preferences. According to many youtube reviews, techpowerup data 9070xt is the most powerful without upscaling technology implemented, it blows everything out of the water. It is significantly better than 5070. 5070 and 4070 ti super can use new dlss technology and frame gen, those upscaling methods are improving more than the fsr one is

I'm aware everyone has their preferences. English isn't my first language and I appologise if what I say doesn't come across right. I've just had a lot of fans of x brand tell me to "just get x brand" simply because they like it, irrelevant if the actual performance of the product, which isn't very helpful
