Which component should I buy for my PC?

Well, I'm building a gaming PC with my brother using the "Build Your Own PC" option on CompraGamer, but I'm not very familiar with this stuff. The components have a lot of terminology that I don't fully understand. I'm using ChatGPT and Gemini to try and figure out what each component does, but I feel like I'm just going around in circles. I'm kind of clueless about this stuff, so any help on which components I should choose would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to be able to play Elden Ring on high settings.

They let you build your own prebuilt?

Sure, you choose the components, and the website tells you their specifications and compatibility. Finally, it gives you a quote for all the components you choose, and they assemble it and ship it to your address. The website is based in Argentina.

Build whatever fits the budget.
Here is the baseline:
Gpu: this takes priority. 5070ti 16gb, 9070xt 16gb, 9070 16gb, 9060xt 16gb, rtx 5060 ti 16gb.
Never buy 8gb gpu. Its doa.
Ram: 2x16gb ddr5. This is a must. 2x8gb is doable but only last resort to fit the budget.
Cpu: any ryzen 7000 or 9000. Whatever fits the budget. Assuming ur budget is tight, 7600x or 9600x
Mobo: any b650/b850. Whatever options they give you.
Storage: 1tb nvme ssd. Any brand works.
Cooler: any air cooler they give you should work if youre going for 7600x or 9600x cpu. Like thermalright peerless assassin.
Psu:850w for future proof. 750w is fine. 650w is fine but you need to check first if its enough.
Case: any case they give you.
