Works in semi, doesnt reset the trigger in FR, but does in dry fire. This is the third buffer Ive bought, Im not buying another to troubleshoot it.

Could it be you need to dremel your upper a little bit? I’m sure you’ve dug in already but my AR9 upper had to be dremeled a bit for it to work. Didn’t have to do much with my AR15 tho

Yeah for my ar9 dry fire worked but live fire failed. Dremelled it and it worked. AR15 uppers had no issues without modifications

This straight up is not my experience. I have 3 orders from combat armory in the same amount of months and I have no complaints. The .49 cent trigger guards and $1 A2 pistol grips were a fucking lifesaver to me. I will fight for Combat Armory cause they have saved me SO much money.

I bought so many 5 packs of the cams and levers and then wanted to add 3 position so I kept buying ARCs anytime they went under $150. I have easily seven 5.56 lowers fully up and running, 2 more dedicated .22lr. Im finally living my teenage dream of mag dumps, but I fear I've gone too far... I could build a dozen more off anderson lowers and deeznuts cams that are just laying around the bench. At first it was "we need a lower for every upper" and now its like " what haven't we cloned yet...". I think its finally time to jump to the MP5, and start a new money absorbing build cycle.

I have both the SS trip and the ARC trip from borebuddy, both run with and without a bolt weight with the 6# recoil spring. The lever must free falling in both directions, no bind, even to the point of polishing the safety holes in the lower, the lever should be sloppy to the point of pendulum with gravity. The timing of the trip is less consequential than you are gonna think, dont problem solve there. I can run subs. People that say you need to run high velocity ammo have not tuned their trigger to cam fine enough. The SS trip is plug and play, even the 3d printed ones work great. The ARC fire trip can be pickier. I did have to use the trip spacer/shim from borebuddy. If you wanna get into LRBHO that's a Catch22 battle, the V1 is MUCH more consistent than the V2 with s&w mags or kriss mags. Those of you just getting into rimfire ARs are so fucking lucky. Waiting for the industry to catch up to imagination with these builds has been a grind. My first AR22 sewing machine took 3 years of tuning. Nowadays you can pay your way out of any problem.

I didn’t buy any springs when i bought the kit though. I am trying to run a 4.5” suppressed with subs and standards. Ive tried a few different weight setups with no luck. I haven’t even tried to get the ARC running yet.

Ha I ran into the same issue. Having sat on 10 unfinished receivers I ran the same school of thought; every upper needs a lower. So I built 10 separate rifles. Ran several with the DNT super safeties. I've owned a WOT 2 pos, Rarebreed (RB) 2 pos, RB 3pos, Partisan, Mini Kabuto, and now these. These have to be my favorite.
