It's not random numbers, common numbers given in many research -500,000 for turkey-. The number 2,75 million you mentioned comes from averaging between 500,000 and the 5 million mentioned in this nonsense news website, nonsense because it basically says: "number of romani people is unknown, according to them, their population is estimated to be between 2 and 5 million." so its based on nothing

Yeah a Kosovar can also be a Gypsy if he has Kosovo nationality. As much as he can be Albanian, Serb, Turk or a Bosnian ;).
