I would be less worried about the wattage than the age and quality. That's an F-tier PSU, right there.
The 3070ti has a 290w TDP. 330w isn't too bad for CPU and other components, plus a little buffer. It's tighter than I'd prefer, but not awful. That's assuming OP doesn't have a high end Raptor Lake CPU.

I disagree with that, you are implying he didn't provide additional information, however his comment is of more use than yours for the OP since it explains why this might not be a good idea.

That's a pretty old PSU and a really low quality one on top of that. I had that exact PSU in 2016 thru about 2019 without issues, but I wouldn't use it with any sort of new build or upgrade. Just not worth the risk.
