ULPT - HELP - doctors note

Does anyone have advice on how to secure a doctors note without going to a doctor if I don't have a primary care physician? I missed a class today because I am sick, like genuinely sick, but my professor says I will receive an "absence reduction" meaning my overall grade in the course will drop 5 whole points, if I do not get a doctors note, and I CANNOT afford that.
I do not have a primary care physician I can call bcs I moved and have not gotten a new doctor, and there isn't urgent care that close to me and I am currently having an upset stomach so I do not want to take public transport to then pay a co pay for them to tell me I have a stomach bug.
Any tips? like do those online Telehealth things work and are they expensive ?
Idk what to do

So far all you've written is posts about being late, now skipping classes. Bot or shallow?

There's tons of sites that make fake doctor's note. Just print one of those and get someone to sign it for it. Trust me, your work place is not going to call to make sure you actually went there.

Do you have insurance? Many have a free or cheap tele health app.

TelyRx will write you an excuse note for $50. I agree though that you should check with student health for a free option.

Is there a clinic on Campus? Telehealth - see what brand your insurance covers.

Go to your student health clinic, you already pay for it with your tuition. Use it.
