Thanks I need to learn these little tricks because I want to get my CDL A and I want to hook up my truck with a tv and stuff, so the APU is what runs everything right?

Thats an inverter in the video. Not an APU.

APUs are little generators that can be added to trucks. Typically it's an inverter which pulls and converts the battery power to power TVs, cooking stuff, etc. Both serve the same purpose but APUs allow higher wattage and power aircon. Inverters run at like 1800 watts so make sure that any appliances run under that.
