Companies should pay employees to browse the internet during work hours

This could actually boost productivity by giving people a chance to stumble upon new ideas and solutions they wouldn't have thought of otherwise, and it might even lead to some unexpected innovations, who knows what someone will find on a weird subreddit or old blog that solves a problem we've been trying to crack for months.

Paying employees to browse sounds wild but some companies already do similar with learning stipends it could boost creativity if managed right interesting concept though hard to scale.
