I recently built a pc with the following specs : AMD 7 9700x, MSI 2 Fan 5070 12 GB VRAM, 32 gb ddr5 ram and a 1tb 5x4 ssd. all specs are good , EVEYTHING IS GOOD. when im runnign valorant, every 2 secs, yes i measured it, im getting a quarter second lag or freeze or whatevr, along with that the audio is also getting stuck. Ive tried everythin, litterally tell me something to try i wouldve probably tried it. This is the only place on earth i can fix this. Oh and also when im runnign other games like gta 5 and stuff, the Latency mon is doing the same, High DPC and high Interruption. It sayd the typical error that it shows in any other error. I have the latest nvidia driver, Latest BIOS, Latest AMD chipset driver, i tried enabling all USB Configs, Changing most Reccommended BIOS settings, control panel. I EVEN TRIED RESETTING MY WHOLE PC.
Please Please Please.

What mouse are you using? If it's a high polling rate mouse, try lowering it down to 1k or less.

This can be from stuff like RGB software running in the background. Best case you reinstall Windows and install nothing but chipset drivers and video drivers and install valorant, nothing else, no other programs at all. If still issues it could be compatibility issue somewhere, hardware or software.
Unfortunately windows will automatically install tings like razer synapse and it's pretty hard to get it to not do that, you have to fully uninstall those things bd ausejist closing then leaves them running in the background, typically as services you could stop but it's better to just uninstall that stuff completely. Never install Asus armory crate, you have to find a special uninstaller on asuses website just to have a chance of actually removing it, it leaves a ton of remnants behind if you just use the build in uninstaller and they could cause issues like this.
