Wondering what Salary a PAYE London construction project manager would be looking at, I’d say 80-100k?

Huge range, construction project manager is too vague to know. Tier 1 infrastructure can pay fron £65k upwards. Depends your actual responsibilities (eg contract owner, NEC accreditation, contract value/size etc)
I’d say £75k if you’re just the onsite construction PM for a contract up to £20m, up to £100k for anything over - after that it depends on company, sector , and your role. 20 years experience I’d anticipate a PD role rather than PM?
PD would be in excess of £115k

I have 10 years experience working for tier 1’s and I’m making 68k base salary plus package as a senior site manager in the North East. If I was to go London I wouldn’t accept less than £80k base salary for my experience right now.
With 20 years of experience, 10 of them being at PM level which is my next step in 12 months, I wouldnt be going for any less than £120k and that would be absolute minimum. I’d be able to reach those figures in the North East in the next 10 years anyway.

Can be anywhere from 80k-300k, depends on the projects

It depends on the type of construction, residential or commercial /data center construction.
I work within DC, I don't have 20 years experience but on about 90k in London.
But the roles I have seen so far range from 80-120K.
When it comes to salary, I usually try to find out what the company is paying first and go for the top end of it. I always push my current salary to the top end when asked what I am currently on.

I’d say it depends on what level of construction and what type of contractor you’re looking at. Tier 1 PM on a £100m project, probably over £100k, civils subcontractors PM managing drainage on a £5m housing job, maybe £60k. Not sure on current London weightings however, might be 5-10% out.
