Spotted this license plate in the wild. I am assuming the car owner is between 40-50 years old.
I am feeling a little bad for my teachers, who were probably looking forward to not hearing "Schwing!" and "Ex-squeeze me?" anymore, but then Wayne's World 2 came out and started us all up again.

"ex squeeze" me was a movie quote. Seems more apropo than your "X Q's ME" lacking s on X and ignoring Z and filling in an S for the Z sound.

You're assuming that movie is what the license plate is referencing, rather than for example Steve Martin or the Legend of Zelda cartoon.
