That makes sense I kinda did the same thing and moved to arch from windows after I took a course on big data using Ubuntu server too I felt right at home from the beginning. I naturally like tinkering with things so it kinda caters to that need.

Yes, but i were already familiar with the cli, because I used Ubuntu server for virtualization services on an enterprise server before.
